         ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ಮಹತ್ವ. ಶಿಸ್ತು ಎಂದರೆ ಒಂದು ರೀತಿಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ. ಇದು ಜೀವನದ ಎಲ್ಲ ರಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಶಿಸ್ತು ಇಲ್ಲದಾಗ ಅಶಿಸ್ತು,  ಅರಾಜಕತೆ, ಗೊಂದಲ ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ನಷ್ಟ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮಹತ್ವಪೂರ್ಣವಾದದ್ದು. ಶಿಸ್ತು ಎಂಬುದು ಒಂದು ಸರಪಳಿಯ ಕೊಂಡಿ ಇದ್ದ ಹಾಗೆ. ಒಂದು ಕಡೆ ಅಶಿಸ್ತು ಉಂಟಾದರೆ ಅದು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಅಶಿಸ್ತನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವುದು.

       ಬಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವುದು ನಿಧಾನವಾದರೆ, ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ನಿಧಾನ, ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ನಿಧಾನವಾದರೆ, ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಧಾನ, ಕೆಲಸ ನಿಧಾನವಾದರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹೊರೆ. ಹೊರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದರೆ ಗೊಂದಲ. ಅದರ ನಿವಾರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಅನಪೇಕ್ಷಿತ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಲು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ. ಶಿಸ್ತು ಸೈನ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಸಿಸ್ತು ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ತುರ್ತುಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಸ್ಸುಗಳು ಓಡಿ ಜನರು ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಅಂತಹ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಸ್ಮಶಾನ ಮೌನದ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಆಗಿಬಿಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಎಂದರೆ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಬಲತ್ಕಾರದ, ಒತ್ತಡದ ಹೇರಿಕೆ ಆಗಬಾರದು. ಅದು ಆಂತರಿಕ ಅನುಸಂಧಾನ ಆಗಬೇಕು ಆಗಲೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಹ ಕವಾಯತ ಲಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಒಳಗೆ ಬೇರೊಂದು ಲಯವೇ ಉಂಟಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ.

        ಈಗೀಗ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಅಶಾಂತಿ ,ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅಶಾಂತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಾರಣ ಮಾನವನ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ. ಶಿಸ್ತು ಒಂದು ಹೊಣೆ ಆಗಿರುವಂತೆ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಆದಾಗ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಎನ್ನಬಹುದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಶಿಸ್ತಿಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಮಹತ್ವ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಚಿಕ್ಕಂದಿನ ರೂಢಿಗತವಾದ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಜೀವನಪರ್ಯಂತ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ.

          The importance of discipline. Discipline is a kind of system. It must be necessary in all walks of life. Discipline, anarchy, and confusion arise when there is no discipline. This is a great loss for the individual and for the country so discipline is vital. Discipline is like a chain link. On the one hand, if there is discipline, it is constantly nurturing the discipline.

       Slower to go to bus, slower to go to office, slower to work, slower to work, slower to work. Confusion if the load increases. An unwanted adjustment for its remedy is corruption to cover it up. In the disciplinary army, there is not much publicity in public life. Disciplinary actions increased in an emergency. Buses were running from time to time and people were going to school from time to time. But such a discipline becomes a discipline of silence. That means discipline should not be a forceful, stressful exercise. It needs to be approached internally so that it can be more productive. Otherwise the body would move into the conduction cortex and there would be another rhythm within it that would go unnoticed.

        The unrest of the workers and the unrest of the students is increasing. The cause is the rise of human rights. When discipline becomes as basic as responsibility.
